Mercedes Benz Project:
Gesturing and CV Techniques

Created in partnership with Mercedes Benz, the AI Mercedes Palette, a personalized LLM conversationalist to enhance user driving experiences.

Smart Primer Research Lab: Moon Story

Created scripts for using Yarn Spinner and Unity to script the AR story, Moon Story, for children's learning.

Gesturing for user experience

In continuation of the Mercedes project, focused on using gesturing and CV to call our GPT4 API for the passive triggers inside the car.

Creating a Musical with a 360° Camera

Working on a musical that uses Oculus VR and Insta360 to develop a rotational 3D experience on stage. Directed and composed the music for COLORS, a new song cycle.

Product Design & Experimentation

Children's Toy

This designed wooden toy helps children (2 years and older) with their gross motor skills. Children will move the two marbles around the infinity sign track.

Sand Lamp

Inspired by the documentary, "Black Out" directed by Eva Weber and filmed in Conakry, Guinea, I was determined to create a solution to help students like those in the documentary.

Crown Education Challenge

I co-founded an arts, STEM and writing competition for K-12 students emphasizing hope during a pandemic to re-engage learning under remote conditions.

Droplet, An Audio Social Media App

Short-form audio: 15-30 seconds (unlike Spotify and podcasts), audio only (unlike TikTok). We want to be the sweet spot between audio and short-form content.

Soft Robotics

Intro to Soft Robotics

Tested strain and stress mechanisms using EcoFlex materials. Results plotted in MATLAB and ABAQUS.

PiliBot Soft Robot

Developed a foldable robot that uses mountain and valley crests from the water bomb origami shape and magnets to grip objects.

HaptiKnit

The CHARM Lab team implemented this strategy in designing a sleeve for social touch, that could transmit a series of signals.

Graphics

Disco Spotlight Shader

I learned how material pattern logic, material BRDFs, and lighting are combined to compute surface reflectance.

Blinn-Phong Model

Took CS 148, the introductory graphics class and used the Python API for Blender to develop a simple ray tracer.
